Positive wipes started this challenge and they are a symbol of the positivity movement I want to inspire {without inspirational memes}.

My husband had a discussion with a coworker and ended the conversation with "I have no room for that in my life, I want positive vibes only." Legit, right?

 

When he came home and told me about it ~ thanks to his German accent ~ I heard: "I want positive wipes only" and I thought that's brilliant, because that's exactly what I want, too.

 

Wouldn't it be great if we could just wipe negativity away?

 

It might not be as simple as that all the time, but sometimes all you need is a shift in perspective and to interrupt your regular thought patterns - and that's exactly what positive wipes are here for. Set Boundaries. Find your values and set your boundaries, starting with your social media feed.

Gain Perspective. Learn three techniques to shift your perspective and add more positivity to your life.

 


Day 4

Make it a Habit. Extend your perspective and boundaries and establish habits around them.

Day 5

Spread Positivity. It’s about being proactive with yourself, and reactive in helping other people live a more positive life.
